You describe your business, the AI builds a complete page, and it goes live right away on its own .fwrd.digital address. After that you refine as much as you like — previewing is free. No briefing, no queue, no timeline measured in weeks. #### What if I don't have any content? Then the AI writes it. Tell it who you are and what you do, and the system builds a complete page around that — copy included. If you do have existing copy, that serves as the starting point. You steer from there in the editor, or just by asking. ### Pricing & credits #### What does a website cost? Building is free. You only pay when you go live: Grow € 29 per month with annual billing, Pro € 57. Hosting, updates and continuous improvement are included. No setup fees, cancel monthly — the price is right there on the site. ### Editing & control #### Can I edit the copy myself? Yes. You edit copy and sections directly in the FWRD editor, or ask the AI to do it for you — no developer, no technical knowledge needed. You see every change in a preview first; publishing takes one click. #### How often can I change something? As often as you like. Previewing and publishing are free; you only spend credits when the agent actually builds or changes something — a new page around 10, a small edit a few. Unused credits roll over, up to 2× your monthly allowance. #### Will FWRD change my site without asking me? No. Every change is a suggestion — you approve or decline each one, and nothing goes live until you say so. FWRD does the watching and the thinking; you stay in control of what actually ships. #### Can I see and change what the AI remembers? Yes. Every site has an AI memory page listing every note, each labelled with whether you wrote it or the assistant did. You can edit a note, pause it so the assistant ignores it without losing it, or delete it permanently. If the AI keeps doing something you would rather it did not, the reason is usually a note sitting there that you can change. #### How do I teach the AI something new? Add it on the AI memory page of your site. Saying it once in a chat does not stick: the assistant uses it within that conversation, but only notes on the memory page carry over to every future change. Rules are the strictest kind, and the assistant has to follow whatever you put there. “Never use stock photos with people” is a rule; “informal and direct, no jargon” belongs under brand voice. #### Who can see what the AI remembers about my site? The notes belong to one site and stay there. Anyone on your account with access to that site can read and edit them, exactly like the rest of that site, and nobody outside it can. Delete a note and it is gone for good: from that moment it no longer influences anything the AI does. Delete the site and its memory goes with it. ### Plans & contract #### Is maintenance included in the subscription? Yes. Hosting, SSL, updates and continuous improvement are included in every paid plan — no separate maintenance contract, no invoices per change. The free plan needs no card at all: build your whole site first, and only pay when you're ready to go live. ### Working with FWRD #### Is an intro call possible? The product is self-service: you start free, with no card and no proposal phase — which is exactly why it costs what it does. Stuck, or unsure whether it fits? Email hey@fwrd.digital and we'll reply within one working day. ### AI & page generation #### Can I give the AI a document instead of typing everything out? Yes. Attach a PDF, Word file, text, Markdown or CSV to the conversation and the assistant reads what is in it, not just the file name. So you can hand over an existing brochure, price list or company profile and ask for a page based on it. Your attachments stay visible under your message, and the document icon at the top right shows everything you uploaded in that conversation. #### Does Google penalise AI-generated pages? No. Google's guidelines judge quality, not who wrote it. What does get penalised is scaled content abuse: hundreds of thin pages with only the town name swapped, published without anyone checking them. The difference is the editor. FWRD never publishes anything without your approval, so every generated page passes someone who knows the subject before it goes live. #### What kinds of pages can the AI generate? Service pages, location pages, and knowledge or FAQ pages — the ones customers actually search for. Instead of one long list of services you get a page per service, each findable on its own search term. You say which page you want, the AI writes it in your style with the meta tags and structured data already in place, and nothing goes live until you approve it. #### Does the AI write in my own tone of voice? It works from what is already on your site and from what you tell it, so a generated page reads like the rest of your site rather than like a template. It will not be perfect first time on everything. You can rewrite any passage in the editor or simply tell the AI what to change, and every version previews before it goes live. #### What does the AI remember about my site? Four kinds of notes, and it uses them on every change: hard rules it always has to follow, your brand voice, facts about your business like opening hours and location, and things it picked up while working with you. When your site is created these are pre-filled from what you told us at the start, so it knows the basics from day one.
