## What is a self-evolving website?

The term is appearing more and more. This is the definition — and the difference from a regular website with a maintenance contract.

## The three requirements

**1. Measurement. **Without data there's no direction. A self-evolving site needs analytics and Search Console data as input for the improvement loop.

**2. Proposals. **The system translates data into concrete, actionable changes — not a dashboard full of charts, but 'this headline needs sharpening, here's why'.

**3. Human approval. **The distinction from a black box: every change is a proposal the owner sees in preview and approves or rejects with one click.
